On March 11, 2025, Chairman Liu Bang of Das Intellitech participated in the 4th China-Japan-Korea Carbon Neutrality Forum in Shenzhen, where he showcased Das Tower’s pioneering achievements in digital-driven low-carbon building practices. The forum, co-organized by the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), focused on advancing sustainable urban development and trilateral collaboration toward carbon neutrality.

Chairman Liu Bang emphasized Das Tower’s role as a benchmark for green innovation. Standing at 200 meters with a floor area of 100,000 square meters, Das Tower is China’s first ultra-high-rise building to achieve dual green certifications (LEED Platinum and China Green Building Three-Star) and carbon neutrality for three consecutive years (2021–2023) through Certified Emission Reductions (CERs). The tower integrates Das Intellitech’s proprietary technologies:

      • Das AIoT Management Platform: Centralizes control of 20,000+ physical devices and 60,000+ logical nodes, reducing energy consumption by 25% and operational staffing by 25% through real-time monitoring and behavioral analytics.
      • EMC007 Central Air Conditioning System: Leverages AI algorithms to achieve a Seasonal Coefficient of Performance (SCOP) of 6.31, outperforming conventional systems by 20–30% in energy efficiency.

During the panel discussion on “Smart and Inclusive Solutions for Carbon Neutrality,” Liu Bang highlighted Shenzhen’s inaugural “carbon普惠” (inclusive carbon credits), issued on March 3, 2025, for Das Tower’s high-efficiency refrigeration project—a milestone in advancing China’s dual-carbon goals.

Post-Forum Delegation Visit to Das Tower

A delegation including representatives from the UN Green Climate Fund, environmental ministries of China, Japan, and Korea, and ESCAP toured Das Tower to observe its AIoT platform in action. They explored applications in energy management, smart cold-source systems, and IoT-driven operational efficiency. The visit underscored Das Tower’s recognition as one of Shenzhen’s “Top 10 Low-Carbon Projects” at COP28.
